A highlight of the seminar was the success story of the Innovative Research and Computational Science Lab from the College of Arts, Media, and Technology (CAMT), which has secured research funding from the European Commission (EU Commission) for an impressive six consecutive years. Their collaborative research projects with partners across Asia and Europe focus on Capacity Building, aiming to empower students, entrepreneurs, and communities to access cutting-edge global knowledge, standards, and trends—particularly within the European Union context.

By applying global knowledge and networks at the local level, the group embodies the principle of "Working globally, acting locally," not only advancing research capabilities but also fostering long-term economic and social sustainability within the region.
