Leading the Erasmus+ for Staff Exchange Mobility Program

The College of Media Arts and Technology (CAMT) at Chiang Mai University is at the forefront of the Erasmus+ International Mobility program, strengthening global academic collaboration. This initiative marks a significant partnership between Chiang Mai University and the University of Florence, Italy, following a cooperation agreement signed in 2023.

The Erasmus+ International Mobility program includes both staff exchanges and International Credit Mobility opportunities for students. As the project lead at Chiang Mai University, CAMT has facilitated the participation of five staff members and two students in the 2025 cohort.

The Innovative Research and Competitive Science Lab, in collaboration with CAMT, has successfully secured funding under the Erasmus+ program to support staff and student mobility from 2023 to 2025. The first group of students has already traveled to the University of Florence to undertake relevant coursework for one semester, while also engaging in academic and cultural exchange activities designed to enhance their skills and competencies.This semester, the University of Florence is hosting over 80 students and 20 international staff members from partner universities involved in the program. As part of the exchange, CAMT staff, including both academic and administrative personnel, are actively participating in professional development and collaboration opportunities throughout the project duration.
