The provision of medical services and monitoring various needs is necessary for the development of healthcare in Thailand, but it must also comply with the requirements of addressing the issue of Thai people tending to demand services from others without their knowledge. On the other hand, self-healing and addressing needs at the initial stage (Tangcharoensathien, V., et al., 2018) is important. National emergency nurses provide emergency room services in various hospitals, and more than 60% of patients come to the emergency room with symptoms that could potentially be treated without hospitalization (National Institute of Emergency Medicine, 2018), which can impact the concern and service quality in various hospitals. This can lead to waste of service budget in hospitals, especially those with a high volume of patients receiving services on a daily basis. Some symptoms can be addressed by the individual themselves.

To promote sustainable health, participants will be guided by a system for early detection of illnesses. Technology, such as standalone apps on iOS and Android operating systems (which are commonly used by Thai people), can be used as a tool to monitor both non-trauma and trauma illnesses and prevent unnecessary visits to the emergency room. The Triagist system, developed by a research team from the College of Public Media Center and Faculty of Medicine at Chiang Mai University (Sutham, K., et al., 2020), can be used as a model for further study and analysis. This system allows for early detection and care of initial illnesses, and can be accessed by patients or their relatives to determine the need for hospitalization. By reducing the number of ambulance calls and the number of cases requiring hospitalization for unnecessary symptoms, the system can save time and resources for both patients and service staff. It can also be compared to the original model in terms of the number of tags and cost per unit (cost/unit) to determine its effectiveness.

To ensure compliance with the requirements of healthcare providers, it is important for Thai people to utilize this system for requesting healthcare services and to refer to the latest information technology information for basic information, which will be prepared to record the information of Massachusetts in case of every installment (Suwit Maesincee, 2016). This related operating system will be a useful tool in addressing potential challenges and demands for advanced technology in case of emergencies. It is important to be aware of potential threats from these systems in order to effectively utilize them for the benefit of Thai people.
