Discuss ways we can work more closely together.

We are excited to have strong research connections with the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) at Imperial College and the Embedded System and Computational Science (ESCS) at the Centre for Transport Studies, Chiang Mai University (CMU). Today, we had the opportunity to discuss ways we can further strengthen our collaboration.

Dr. Orawit, the Assistant Dean for Research and Cooperation and head of the ESCS, met with Professor Arnab Mujamdar, the director of the Lloyds Register Foundation Transport Risk Management Centre (LRF TRMC) and Deputy Director of the ESRC London Interdisciplinary Social Science Doctoral Training Partnership (LISS DTP) at Imperial College. The two leaders discussed the latest research in the fields of health informatics, artificial intelligence, and civil engineering, including Imperial's extensive international collaborations and research policies.

Professor Arnab shared information about recent projects focused on the impacts of climate change on health, as well as Imperial's collaborations with Taiwanese institutions to study sleep-disordered breathing. Dr. Orawit highlighted the significant benefits of collaborating with Imperial, including the publication of over 15 papers in top journals and the development of new healthcare-related projects."
